Comment: I have recently visited your railway at Glenreagh with my family and had a most enjoyable day. Well done to all the hard working volunteers.

Webmaster: GMR is glad your family enjoyed the day, hope to see you again soon

Comment: We took our English friends for a ride on your train. It was an excellent experience with both closed carriage & open air carriage. The crew even stopped the train for Kerry when she lost her hat! Awesome.

Webmaster: Your English friends no doubt would have compared GMR to many fine English heritage railways although they would have been established longer.

Comment: I have holidayed in the Coffs Harbour area and often walked along sections of the Glenreagh/Dorrigo line hoping that it would be restored. A few beers at the Glenreagh Hotel were very enjoyable. I hope to visit the line soon.

Webmaster: Yes, the Golden Dog hotel serves fine beer and is a great supporter of GMR.

Comment: When is the website going to be up?

Webmaster: Unfortunately not until the webmaster has more time to spare, currently involved in other pressing matters, but hopefully will renew work on the website soon

Comment: We visited on the Easter long w/e as part of an RTM Tour. Really enjoyed chuffing along on the beautiful 1919! Whilst acknowledging the enormous volunteer effort it would be great to see the line fully reopen including bridge back to the Station and up the mountain to Dorrigo! Well done still!

Webmaster: GMR is only where it is today due to the enormous amount of work done by the volunteers, hope to see you again soon

Comment: Yes! The GMR is an excellent example of volunteer partcipation and a great tourist and educational asset to the Coffs Harbour area. Please talk bout it to all your friends and associates. The more visitors we get, both on site and on ine, the better.
